Approval of Return & Refund

Condition of Returned Products
The returned product must be in good condition and will be verified alongside the customer receipt.
Product Packaging
The product packaging must be intact and in its original shipping condition as received.
Used or Damaged Products
No refund will be issued if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
Responsibility for Return Shipment
The company is not responsible for any lost shipments during the return transit.
Monetary Refunds
A monetary refund will be processed within 7 working days once it is confirmed that the product is in good order and condition.
